Another term for being put in "Time Out"
It's a term I assigned to them. If you send too many tweets on on various accounts using the same or similar wording and links after so many you get placed in the sandbox which is a term originated from google who would place all new accounts in a sandbox for about 6 months before getting indexed. Of course twitter is not that bad, but you will get sandboxed or placed in "timeout" for about 12 to 18 hours before you can post again.
We need to understand a few basic terms I will be using from time to time, sandbox will be one of them, understand what it is!
Do NOT attempt to create any new accounts when you are sandboxed! Waste of time as all new accounts though they get created never get indexed!
